Many of you will know Mahen as an experienced security professional who has served the industry for over 27 years in the KZN region in various capacities, from technical, to sales, service and management roles! During this tenure, he has developed a reputation for excellent & reliable customer service across    the board, where attention to detail and total satisfaction are paramount. His leadership, drive, excellent attitude & market  knowledge are really evident and we are confident that he is going to make big improvements for all Reditron customers in the region, something we as Management acknowledge requires urgent attention. His primary mandate will be to improve customer experience and use all his experience gained over the years to ensure that this is achieved.

Yajesh is a seasoned security technical support specialist with a great deal of product experience gained over the past 15 years. We believe that Yajesh has the right customer centric demeanour and understanding to support customers technically across Reditron’s product brands, something we know always goes a long way to cementing customer relationships as well as providing technical teams with confidence to use Reditron’s products.
