KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: Cape Town
SALARY: Basic Salary plus Commission.

JOB SUMMARY: Reditron requires an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts and to retain and grow existing revenues and wallet share in the Cape region.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years external sales experience essential.
- Security industry experience advantageous.
- Target driven.
- Possess good hunting skills and must be able to create sales opportunities.
- Time management, the ability to multi-task and respect for deadlines are all a necessary skill set.
- Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build portfolio of new and existing customers.
- Monitor customer prospects, projected and actual sales, opposing activity, pricing, and product specifications.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Forecast monthly Product + Revenue + Margin.
- Analyze and monitor the purchase activities and trends of each key account customer.
- Calculating cost comparisons for customers.
- Together with the pre-sales to assist with site assessments and solution designs for customers.
- Visit clients regularly to promote our products and, when necessary, to deliver to customers as part of our drive for quality customer service.
- Provide updated product pricing and advise on boxed quantities where possible.
- Discuss product needs and monthly product projections with management.
- Identifying training needs for clients.
- Organise customer launches and demonstrations.
