JOB SUMMARY: Reditron has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to manage their Durban Branch..

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Management role with strong Sales and Customer service.
  • Grade 12 is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to generate all reports and do required analysis.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential.
  • Must be willing to travel.

 BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead, motivate, mentor and support all branch staff to drive a culture of success and accountability.
  • Work closely with team and self to ensure that branch and personal sales and Gross Profits targets are met and exceeded.
  • Hold bi-Weekly sales and team meetings to build teamwork and drive positive change in sales revenue and activity.
  • Be knowledgeable, informed and trained on our full Reditron product range and be in a position to sell, position and drive value for our customers through our offerings.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure branch is able to meet sales and budgetary targets and work with team to ensure replenishment rates aligned and redundant or slow-moving stock kept to a minimum.
  • Ensure you report on slow moving stock and ensure the branch keeps redundant stock to a minimum.
  • Manage and oversee ad hoc and regular stock take and cycle counts.
  • Ensure branch is open and closed timeously.
  • Monthly reporting to relevant management.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain defined checking Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
• Receive relevant picking slips from pickers, supervisors, or managers.
• Check picked goods against the picking slip.
• Endorse the pick slip, confirm all discrepancies, pack stock and report damages and incomplete stock.
• Adhere to the Packing work instructions.
• Once checked and packed place boxes in the designated place for their timely distribution (allocated branch, courier bays).
